Listed Prices:
Our prices are intended per unit per day inclusive electricity, central heating, water, final cleaning and taxes.
Our apartments: Refer to planimetries.
Breakfast in the Hotel: Upon request.
Dinner in the Hotel: Menu of the day or à la carte in our restaurant.
Access to the swimming-pool and to the Wellness-Farm:
Included in the daily renting price only between 08:00 - 12:00 and 14:30 - 19:00.
The access the the Wellness Farm after 19:00 will be charged to your apartement.
Minimum age for the use of the saunas and the sauna area is 16 years.
bathrobe available only against payment euro 10,00.
Daily cleaning: Against payment between euro 20,00 and euro 28,00 per day depending on the size of the apartment.
Single cleaning: Between euro 40,00 and euro 56,00.
Arrival: The apartment is available after 3.00 p.m.
Departure: The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.
Garage box: Against payment at euro 15,00 per day.
Dogs: Upon request.
Christmas and New Year: Minimum stay of 10 days.
Please note:
In case of delayed arrivals and early departures, the full price will be charged. Cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing. At the moment of booking we will request you your credit card details (name, surname, credit card number, expiry date and CVV security code) with the authorization of charging the amount stated by the following clauses.
In case of cancellations over 61 days prior to the date of arrival, 10% of the amount of the whole stay will be charged.
In case of cancellations between 60 and 31 days prior to the date of arrival, 25% of the amount of the whole stay will be charged.
In case of cancellations under 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 80% of the amount of the whole stay will be charged.
Please consider getting a cancellation insurance in order to avoid being charged in case of having to cancel your stay.
