• Dogs and pets are only allowed in selected rooms and must be announced when making the request. Dogs and pets are considered accepted after written confirmation from the Posta Zirm Hotel.
• The daily price for dogs and pets is 20.00 euro. This amount does not include any service.
• Please note that our employees are only allowed to enter the accommodation unit in absence of the dog / pet.
• Dogs and pets are not permitted in any public areas of the hotel such as lobby, house bar, any dining rooms, children's rooms, spa/fitness areas. Dogs and pets may only be led from the residential unit to the entrance and exit of the hotel. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Deposit:

In order to confirm the booking, we kindly ask you for a deposit.
Our cancellation policy states that 75% of the entire amount will be refunded should the cancellation be made at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival. In any other case, the entire amount will be withheld.
The payment can be processed through our website (www.postazirm.com chapter pay online) or through a bank transfer to the Cassa Rurale Raiffeisen - Corvara branch as follows
(IBAN: IT 13 D 08010 58340 000300027413, BIC: RZSBIT21008). Please specify the name referring to the reservation, period of your stay and the words "obligatory deposit".

Please note: For delayed arrivals and early departures the overnight price will be charged. Cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing. The reservation will be confirmed after the registration of the requested deposit.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival will allow you to move the deposit within the current season and for an equivalent booking as the initial one and is subject to availability and seasonal booking restrictions. In any other case, the entire amount will be withheld.
Please consider getting a Trip cancellation insurance.

We would like to inform you that the access to the swimming-pool and SPA area during the afternoon
(14:30 - 19:00) costs 12,00 euro per person and access (adults and children of any age). 
During the morning hours (09:00 - 12:00) the access will remain free of charge.

Minimum age for the use of the saunas and the sauna area is 14 years

Bathrobe against payment available upon request at the spa or at the front desk for 10 euro

daily cleaning: between 48 euro and 58 euro per day depending on the size of the apartment
single cleaning: between 85 euro and 130 euro
final cleaning: the final cleaning is included for stays of minimum 7 nights. For shorter stays, we will charge between 85 euro and 130 euro depending on the size of the apartment

Please note: In case of delayed arrivals and early departures, the full price will be charged. Cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing. To finalize the booking, we kindly ask you to fill out the reservation form (CPA EN) that will be sent to you. The completed form must be signed and returned to us either via fax or email attachment. Please consider getting a cancellation insurance in order to avoid being charged in case of having to cancel your stay.
