Rates and conditions
Listed Prices:
Our prices are per person and day including half board as well as the use of the swimming-pool-area and the Wellness-Farm. The prices are stated in Euro and include all taxes.
Children prices:
Children prices are applicable only on 3rd and 4th additional beds.
Sauna area:
Minimum age for the use of the sauna area and saunas is 16 years.
Half board:
Includes rich breakfast buffet, dinner with menu of choice plus salad buffet.
Weekly festive gala diner, welcome aperitif and different events according to the season.
Our rooms:
Are provided with mini-bar, satellite-TV, wake-up call, safe,
direct telephone line, wifi internet connection (against payment), hair-dryer and bathrobe.
Arrival: The rooms are available after 3.00 p.m.
Departure: The room must be vacated by 11.00 a.m.
Garage box: € 15,00 per day.
Cats & dogs: Upon request.
Christmas and New Year:
Minimum stay of 10 days.
No supplement for gala diners on the 24.12., 25.12. and 31.12.2011.
New year’s eve party included.
Please note:
For delayed arrivals and early departures the overnight stay price will be charged. Cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing. The reservation will be confirmed after the registration of the requested deposit, which will be withheld in case of a cancellation not communicated at least 30 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival.
A 25% of the deposit will be withheld in any case.
