Our inimitable Wellness-Farm has been created on the basic principles of Feng shui. This ancient oriental philosophy provides energy and brings body and soul into harmony.
It was our primary aim to create a special place, a holistic retreat nested in a harmonious architectural environment where everyone is able to unwind allowing himself a moment of physical and mental relaxation. Our intention is to offer a place able to fulfill the basic human needs: serenity, warmth, well-being and inner balance.
Pools
Relaxation and reinvigoration are guaranteed in our harmonious pool with counter current system, geyser, waterfall, neck massage waterfall and whirlpool. Size of the pool on average: 12m x 3,5 m. Temperature around 30°C.

90° Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is built completely from wood and helps to purify the skin and relieve stress. The relatively low humidity level can be increased up to 20 % for a short while by an injection of steam.
Caldarium
The humidity of the caldarium, our steam room is almost 100%, with a room temperature between 40 and 45°. It can help to prevent colds, relax the muscles and boost circulation.
Frigidarium
Ideal for cooling off after a spell in the sauna: the temperature change stimulates circulation, blood flow and the immune system. A cold shower and the Kneipp pool complete the range of services on offer in our cold bathing area.
Relax 32°
Just relax in an early summer temperature of 32° with a glass of tea or juice, or while enjoying a chat with friends.
Tepidarium 39°
Enjoy the benefits of the saunas by lying down on the heated chaise longues. Free your mind by observing the fire or take a well earned rest.

The fitness centre in the Posta Zirm Hotel is equipped with modern equipment and is perfect for working out in a relaxed atmosphere.
