End of the Green Pass obligation

Starting on Sunday the 1st of May 2022, guests will no longer need to show a Green Pass in any restaurant or hotel.


Restaurants and bars 

Since the beginning of April, guests no longer need a Green Pass for consumption in the outdoor areas of the restaurant / bar. From Sunday the 1st of May 2022, this will no longer be required for consumption indoors either.

 

Hotels 

Since the beginning of April, guests no longer need a Green Pass for accommodation, meals and beauty treatments. Starting on Sunday the 1st of May 2022, the obligation to present the Green Pass for the use of indoor swimming pools, fitness rooms and wellness facilities will no longer apply either.

 

Mask requirement

As of Sunday the 1st of May 2022, the obligation to wear masks indoors has been abolished. However, the use of mouth and nose protection is still recommended in all indoor public spaces or those open to the public. It is now up to the personal responsibility of each individual to wear a mask in places where a certain distance to other members of society can not be guaranteed. Since the beginning of February 2022, there has no longer been a general obligation to wear respiratory protection outdoors. 

Restaurant guests no longer have to wear mouth and nose protection when entering and leaving the restaurant or when moving around inside the restaurant, for example to the toilets. From Sunday, May 1, 2022, there will no longer be a general obligation to wear masks inside the hotels either.

 

FFP2 masks 

Until Wednesday the 15th of June 2022, there is still an obligation to wear an FFP2 mask in local and long-distance public transportation. There is also an FFP2 mask requirement for public shows in theatres, concert halls, cinemas, entertainment and live music venues and other similar premises, as well as for sporting events and competitions that take place indoors.

 

• all rooms are sanitized both with sanitizing products and with an ozone generator air purifier machine

• all rooms and common areas are subject to periodic additional sanitization with an ozone generator air purifier machine

• All the aeration systems have been checked and all the filter packs have been sanitized or replaced
